If you’re not sure about the audio quality, get in touch and we can gladly assist! We want your performance to sound as good as it looks, so we request audio files to be at minimum 256kbps bitrate (ideally a 320kbps MP3, or a WAV or AIFF (high definition baby!). No Youtube rips please!

Our agreement

I agree to:

Perform at Rave Relief at our agreed-upon time.
Arrive at the venue at least 25 minutes before my set, so there’s no rush getting checked in by door staff.
Be ready near the stage/booth 10 minutes before I start, all set for the handover. Regarding performances on stage: please note that often the times don’t stick exactly to schedule, you may be required to begin a bit earlier or a bit later – please be ready!
Help look after our space and community, making sure it stays safe, respectful, and inclusive for everyone.
I’m happy for the Rave Relief team to use my approved artist name, bio, and pics to promote the event.
Let the team know ASAP if I can no longer perform, and if I fall ill.
Will take a Covid test before the event if I notice any symptoms or have been near people who showed symptoms.
Send “Rave Relief ” an invoice for the agreed rate, ideally before the event so we have it ready to process once the event has occurred. Include your ABN details, and make sure your stage name is written somewhere on the document. Email your invoice to itsraverelief@gmail.com
