Rave Relief wishes to acknowledge the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation as the traditional custodians of this land. We acknowledge their culture, connection and care for Country which has sustained this land for many years, and pay our respects to Noongar Elders past and present.
We share deep gratitude for the privilege of connecting, creating, and dancing on Noongar Country.
This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal Land.
Thank you, from Rave Relief 2025!
Thank you to every single (or taken) dancer, diva, crafter and lover– every wholesome soul, and soulful hole who gifted their presence to Rave Relief 2025.
It moved us to see so many different faces and flavours of chillers and ravers, existing in harmony under one juicy roof. The kindness, the silliness, the goofiness and sexyness! The warmth which radiated through bodies and walls, and each smile shared between friends or strangers.

To the MCs Lulkbudia and Elijah, who brought heart, humour and a bulging personality. The talented DJs and artists who transformed the room with every incredible set and performance- each of these legends mean a lot to their respective communities- and this was really felt amongst the audiences. To everyone reading this, it never hurts to reach out & tell any of the performers & DJs who moved you! (They love to hear it, even if it happened YEARS ago!)
To the Boorloo Ballroom Community for sharing a generous taste of the hugely special ballroom culture with us, coming back every year to bring an unparalleled energy which always leaves the room buzzing and inspired (and in a collective state of Wow). Thank you to the judges, walkers and performers, Sahhar Alexander on the mic, Sakidasumi on the decks and Danisa for hosting and organising. It feels fitting on Pride to experience the act of community coming together and uplifting one another. Thank you for showing us how it’s done!

Our graphic designer Olive Coakley for the softly iconic illustrations and visual branding.
Sarah Craig for coordinating the gorgeous photography crew (who donated their time), and love and thanks to Silver Halide for handling the film development with extra love and care – best film dev in town!
Smoked Trout’s rooftop sillies and Ash Miller’s love letter exchange. The support from our two dearest Hearts of Darkness. Rory, Gav, Tim and Kiri for their help throughout.
To long-time supporter Beam Hacker for donating gear to brighten the hall, and his time to program it.
Our delicious Decor Team, with additional shoutouts to Jade, Jamie, the Malibu Stacey’s. Hannah, Rob, Carmen and Dior. Eli, Cam, Ingy and the powerhouse of Club Silly– who brought their zoo of kooky creations plus stocked the craft corner we adore.

Behind the scenes, the security staff attended a special briefing before the doors opened, and we appreciate the necessary extra effort taken by all to better understand our communities’ values, needs and differences.
We’re very grateful to have a supportive venue like The Rechabite– one that values us, and gets genuinely excited for Pride like we do. Once again they donated the venue hire which in turn will support the charities & initiatives we are donating to.
To the many, many individuals and crews over the past 7 years who have worked on, performed at, collaborated with (thank you Boorloo Justice), and contributed to Rave Relief in various ways- your influences and impact will always be felt and embedded within iterations of this event for as long as it continues.

With love from the Rave Relief team of 2025:
Pete, Neil, Elijah, Sarah, Danisa, Lulk and Kevin.
